These health complications eventually developed into chronic diseases that ultimately took her life in 2026.<\/p>\n Evado Technologies<\/strong> was established to apply our technology expertise to develop solutions that would minimise the risk of others experiencing health outcomes similar to Jennie\u2019s.<\/p>\n When Jennie came home from the hospital in 2023, it was apparent that there were no systems capable of sharing patient health data in real-time.\u00a0\u00a0 Jennie\u2019s providers were all using different approaches, and none of the data was being shared between the providers or to her doctor at the hospital she was attending.<\/p>\n Building on this obvious need, Evado Technologies<\/strong> has developed a community clinical information system designed to enable charting and sharing of patient information in a privacy-managed, real-time environment.\u00a0\u00a0 That system is JennieCare<\/strong>, named in memory of its founder, who spent 30 years trying to ensure that no one’s health outcomes were adversely affected by missing, inaccurate, or incorrect information.<\/p>\n JennieCare<\/strong> is a cloud-based system that can operate in both community and residential care settings.\u00a0 The platform\u2019s privacy manager ensures that the patient controls who can see their health data.\u00a0\u00a0 Its care plans manage the care delivered.<\/p>\n JennieCare<\/strong> lets patients, personal carers, nurses, and other service providers chart the care delivered.\u00a0 All charted data can be shared among providers and hospitals in real time.<\/p>\n JennieCare<\/strong> is available as a common cloud-based application or on a provider\u2019s private cloud platform.<\/p>\n JennieCare<\/strong> will be developing deep integration with personal mobile health data technologies to automate the collection and sharing of patient health data.<\/p>\n JennieCare<\/strong> will also be able to integrate with external health and medical record systems, such as My Health Record and hospital medical record systems.
