One of the founders of Evado Technologies was Jennie Anderson. Was in a major car accident in 1974 resulted in a lifetime of pain and health complications. Over the next 52 years, the inability to share contemporary medical information resulted in doctors having to rely on missing, inaccurate or incorrect information, which worsened Jennie’s health outcomes. These health complications eventually developed into chronic diseases that ultimately took her life in 2026.
Evado Technologies was established to apply our technology expertise to develop solutions that would minimise the risk of others experiencing health outcomes similar to Jennie’s.
When Jennie came home from the hospital in 2023, it was apparent that there were no systems capable of sharing patient health data in real-time. Jennie’s providers were all using different approaches, and none of the data was being shared between the providers or to her doctor at the hospital she was attending.
Building on this obvious need, Evado Technologies has developed a community clinical information system designed to enable charting and sharing of patient information in a privacy-managed, real-time environment. That system is JennieCare, named in memory of its founder, who spent 30 years trying to ensure that no one’s health outcomes were adversely affected by missing, inaccurate, or incorrect information.
JennieCare is a cloud-based system that can operate in both community and residential care settings. The platform’s privacy manager ensures that the patient controls who can see their health data. Its care plans manage the care delivered.
JennieCare lets patients, personal carers, nurses, and other service providers chart the care delivered. All charted data can be shared among providers and hospitals in real time.
JennieCare is available as a common cloud-based application or on a provider’s private cloud platform.
JennieCare will be developing deep integration with personal mobile health data technologies to automate the collection and sharing of patient health data.
JennieCare will also be able to integrate with external health and medical record systems, such as My Health Record and hospital medical record systems. To ensure that health practitioners have access to the most up-to-date information on their patients.
